Get a free quote Call 07576 535667 Who we are ## A West Sussex landscaping firm built around trades, not sales. Heavens Property & Landscaping Solutions was founded by Connor Heavens in Littlehampton, on the West Sussex coast. We do landscaping the way it should be done — measured properly, priced fairly, then delivered by the same accountable team from first dig to final planting. The team. A small, hands-on crew of 2–4 led by Connor Heavens, with 15 combined years on the tools. Drainage and groundworks are handled in-house. Full garden design is in-house too — and we're equally happy working to a client's or designer's plans. Electrical work is delivered through our trusted subcontracted electricians. Who we help. Homeowners across West Sussex who want a patio, driveway, fence, deck or full garden transformation delivered properly the first time — by a single accountable team that picks up the phone, 7 days a week. What we specialise in. Hand-laid porcelain and natural-stone patios, block-paved and resin-bound driveways, hardwood and composite decking, premium artificial grass, fencing, turfing, pergolas and end-to-end garden design — including bespoke media walls. Where we work. Headquartered in Littlehampton with active projects across Worthing, Angmering, Chichester, Lancing, Brighton, Rustington, East Preston and the wider West Sussex. No seasonal lead-time difference — we work year-round. Our standards ## The non-negotiables that sit behind every project. We're not chasing volume. We're chasing repeat referrals — which means every job ships with the prep, the paperwork and the finish quality we'd want in our own garden. ### Designed before it's built Every project starts with a measured site visit (or accurate photos and measurements), a written scope of work and a clear material spec. We don't guess. ### Properly prepared groundwork Patios, driveways and paths get the right sub-base for the job, with drainage falls built into the work. ### Owner-led team of 2–4 Connor leads every project, with a hands-on crew of 2–4 and 15 combined years on the tools. Drainage, groundworks and full garden design all kept in-house; electrical work is carried out by our subcontracted electricians. ### Free quote, same or next day Free, always. After we see the job (in person or via photos with measurements) we send a clear written quote back the same or next day. No fixed prices online — every garden is different. ### £5m insured, both sides £5m public liability and £5m employers' liability insurance. We'll happily share the certificate before you sign. ### 12-month workmanship guarantee Every job comes with a 12-month workmanship guarantee from completion. If something's down to our work, we'll come back and put it right. What it can't cover is the stuff outside our control once we've packed up and gone (like a slab getting chipped by a dropped plant pot). If it's our workmanship, it's covered. Written guarantees ### Promises mean nothing without paperwork. Every Heavens Property & Landscaping Solutions project ships with: - Same-day response — 7 days a week - Free written quote, back to you same or next day - £5m public liability insurance - £5m employers' liability insurance - 12-month workmanship guarantee from completion - Properly prepared sub-bases and drainage falls built into the work - Where products carry a manufacturer warranty, those terms apply - Connor leads every project - Cash or bank transfer · small booking fee · 50% deposit ~1 week before start · 50% on completion Where we work ## Littlehampton-based.
